[SIGNED] Signed by both authors and numbered (14/150) on a pasted down label on the front free endpaper, as well as being additionally signed and presented to the previous owner by one of the authors on the dedication page. Additionally, a printed email from the previous owner to one of the authors is laid in at back, with two copies of a separately printed "about the authors" page. There are no other internal markings, and the edges, corners, and binding all remain tight, crisp, and sharp. The laid in email demonstrates a close and intellectual bond between the previous owner and one of the authors. Bound in black leather covered boards with gold stamping and a paste-down inset image. Beautiful photographs of exceptional homes, methodically and sensitively presented along with a biography of the architect.
