Colyer is heard throughout in prime form, heading a group that also includes trombonist Geoff Cole, banjoist John Bastable, bassist Bill Cole and drummer Brian Hetherington. Of particular note is the interesting repertoire, which, in addition to the Colyer favorite "There's Yes! Yes! In Your Eyes" (which perfectly fits his band's vintage style), includes several rags ("Hilarity Rag," J. Russell Robinson's "Minstrel Man," "Kinklets," "That Teasin' Rag," "Swipesy Cakewalk" and "Chrysanthemum Rag"), "Tiger Rag" and a closing "Home Sweet Home."
