Assigned to investigate both the blast and the theft, Secret Service Agent Ted Kelly (Lloyd Hughes) discovers that Dr. Walsh (John Elliott), the uncle of Marston's pretty secretary (Sheila Manners), was the real inventor of the bomb, Marston having stolen the formula by using his hypnotic powers.
