The tenth volume of Just Can't Get Enough: New Wave Hits of the 80's isn't as consistent as some, yet better than many others. In fact, it seems better than many of its peers because its best songs are fantastic. And those are some timeless singles -- Adam Ant's "Desperate but Not Serious," the Human League's "(Keep Feeling) Fascination," the Jam's "Beat Surrender," Madness' sublime "Our House," Bananarama's "Shy Boy," Naked Eyes' "Promises, Promises," Nick Heyward's lovely "Whistle Down the Wind," and the Plimsouls' ubiquitous "A Million Miles Away."
