Magnificent Music
If your taste in music runs to modern Romantic with a touch of the modern then Johanna Doderer is for you and that is the truth (I am writing about the luscious symphony - other works are still Romantic with more than a touch of the modern) and always always always interesting. I have been listening to Good Music (commonly and mistakenly called Classical Music) for 63 years and this composer is one of my most enjoyable finds. It is not important that music be great; it is more important that music be enjoyable and Johanna Doderer fills that need with perfection. You can find her music on YouTube to discover this genius. Pray that intelligent music companies start releasing CDs by her: so far up to three CDs - this one and a 2-CD opera. Happy listening with head and heart.
