She goes off in search to rescue her brother, and is saved by Jimmy from some thief-takers. They get themselves caught up in some real bad trouble and magic. Jimmy is pressured by Flora to go in search of Rip, and rescue him from the kidnappers. Lorrie?s sweetheart, Bram returns from hunting and goes after Lorrie, and will discover a dark secret about himself. Baron Bernarr is entangled with Lyman Malachy, deep in the dark arts. This is the best of the three Legends Of The Riftwar books! I absolutely loved it!
