Large, full-color illustrations are used to illustrate fundamental theory and operating principles of instruments used in industry. Common applications used in control of manufacturing and other processes show how to install instruments in control systems. This edition of Instrumentation has been updated to include information on wireless communications. A new chapter Position Measurement, was added to enhance coverage of factory automation. A CD-ROM is included with Instrumentation and contains information to supplement the textbook.
