This is a wonderful little cookbook of fast and easy authentic tasting Indian recipes. The author moved from India to the UK and wanted to create the taste of home, but with less time spent preparing the dishes. She was very successful with this cookbook! You will need access to authentic Indian spices and ingredients for some of the recipes, but many are easily created using ingredients from any North American supermarket. I love this cookbook and refer to it first when wanting a taste of India. I not only recommend it to friends, I've given it as a gift and the recipient was thrilled. I give it a 5 star rating!
