In The Center of the Nation is another example of what makes America a unique and wonderful place to live.
As a child I had a fascination with the west and any territory that led to the west. I have always had a love of the people that it takes to inhabit regions of the country that O'Brien likes to write about.
When I was reading this book, I felt as though I knew the people and the places. That is what is so beautiful about reading Dan's books.
I highly recommend this book to anyone interested in characters and wide open
places.
