I read this book three or four years ago and my purchase of this copy was for a friend. However, I remember much of the advice and lessons from this book. It's a must-read for anyone who has ever thought to him- or herself,"Am I the only one who feels that life is going by way too fast?" Take heart. There are many of us out there looking for ways to slow down and this book serves as validation for that viewpoint.
