Her light-hearted setting of Dave Brubeck's "In Your Own Sweet Way" suggests a bird singing on a bright spring day, while she finds new facets in the modal gem "Blue in Green," bringing out new lyricism. Ryerson is equally at home with South American tunes like "Sometime Ago" and "Chega De Saudade."
