My third great-grandmother emigrated from norther Prussia in 1868. How I wish I knew more of her, the political atmosphere of her time, her family, her life. I sit here in 2016, nearly 150 years and five generations later and it hits me...I wish NOT to be mere artifacts and vital statistics to my descendants. I must impart my legacy before I part!
