A history, featuring the biographies and manners throughout the reign of five monarchs, those being Henry VIII, Edward VI, Mary, Elizabeth and James I. Rebacked, in a half calf binding. Externally, generally smart. Rubbing to the spine, joints, boards and extremities. Small amount of loss to the spine, due to rubbing. Patches of rubbing to the front and rear joints of each volume. With two bookplates, one to the front pastedown and a second to the front endpaper. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are clean with the odd spot. Very Good Indeed.
