This lecture by a top-level Muslim Brother before a closed Brotherhood audience serves as an authoritative oral history of the Muslim Brotherhood and their efforts in the United States in their own words. Taking place in the early 1980s, Noman's speech foreshadows by almost a decade the issues mentioned in best-known U.S. Muslim Brotherhood document, "An Explanatory Memorandum On the General Strategic Goal for the Group In North America". It is the goal of the Center for Security Policy Archival Series to provide context and a deeper understanding of the threat posed by the Muslim Brotherhood by publishing selections from such materials, together with analysis and explication.
