Kasl sees things in a unique way. She claims much of the influence behind her ideas comes from Buddha, but I see her own mind at work everywhere.
The interesting thing is that her words ring true with people having small problems, like being stuck in a rut or having a hard time moving past something. But at the same time, it all rings true for people in much more serious trouble, and those wrestling with powerful problems.
I sped read the slightly overdetailed intro, but starting with chapter one, every sentence was important and meaningful. I see this book is part of a larger Buddha series. So on to the next one!!!
