Examined in particular are Jung's view of the reality of the psyche, Jungian dream interpretation, and the technique of active imagination. Hall clearly shows how the Jungian understanding of dreams is the basis for an understanding of active imagination, and how active imagination, in turn, serves as the foundation for other imaginal techniques.
