Great book, has some basic exercises and some historical background on Hung Gar. The Form as demonstrated is superb. I was taught this Two-Man Form back in the 1970's and have used it extensively. A great beginners form as it teaches proper timing, coordination, footwork, focus, and power. As students learn the form and it is done at full-speed and power, it's easy to see the growth in confidence of the students and the step to the next level of skill and ability!!
