This study highlighted the essential HR practices to be carried for better results in supply chain, identified the significant HR functions, and provides a guide for SME owners and managers to utilize their employees in more efficient and effective manner to get the maximum output. The model proposed in this study is designed according to the structure of small and medium sized firms.
