This is a well bound first edition copy of Samuel Rogers' poem, Human Life and includes the poem, notes and two further poems; Lines Written at Paestum and The Boy of Egremond. Â Samuel Rogers was an English poet and during his life time one of the most celebrated of the Romantic poets. In full calf leather binding. Externally, smart. The spine is faded and there are some marks to the boards. The front and rear hinges are starting but remain generally firm. Internally, generally firmly bound with generally bright and clean pages. Good.
