Equally important, even if less apparent, are those methodological errors that may make the results misleading to the Board. This book is written to help the individuals writing the survey - whether neophytes or professionals whose specializations may be in other areas - avoid those errors. It gives practical advice based on the author's experience surveying the members of his own condominium owners association. Because it is based on experience, it covers areas that the author found important that are not usually presented in books of this nature. These include presenting your proposal to the Board, obtaining and maintaining the trust of the respondents, and analyzing the data with limited resources.
