On the first point, suffice it to say that there is nothing - absolutely nothing - which should deter the student. The prominent features of the language are clear ness and methodical arrangement. If the contrary have been found to be the case, it is owing to no other causes than the defective. Methods and the insufficient or faulty explanations presented by the Grammars hitherto published both in this country and on the Continent.
