This was the first book in my biology library back in 1965. It was given to me by my teacher Victor Hurm, and started me on my career in Biology. This book is for the beginning student as well as the teacher or professional. It has great illustrations that can be used to identify and classify specimens while observing them with a microscope. A very handy book. It is an asset to any book collection.
