I really got this cookbook for me. I have always loved Mollie Katzen's fun and creative approach to cookbooks, art and nutrition. I have a 14 year old who is a very picky eater and limits his tastes to things that come out of a box. I wanted to find some things he might like. So far I have only made the Giant Baked Pancake Puff. It was delicious and easy. I want to try the Made-in-the-Pan Chocolate Cake. Sounds like a winner! The directions would be really good for 8-12 year olds and all the recipes sound great.
