Nevertheless, the subject has grown much beyond what was originally contemplated. New matter has been found, unrecorded deeds and unproved wills have been brought from their hiding-places, and even a new field-book and maps, complete and in good preservation, which, in their quiet sleep in the old garret, had outlived the memory of man, are now given to the, inspection of the curious.
