Pages have a bit of browning from age. Graphs/ times sheets and illustrations throughout text. Indexed. 256 pp. Fore edge of pages is torn and uneven. White cover boards with gilt design and lettering. Boards have discolored markings and signs of rubbing. Headband of spine is very rubbed, and the spine needs some repair. Overall, the book is in very good condition. Full refund if not satisfied.

With illustrations by Miss Louise Rayner, Mr Randolph Caldecott, and others. In original vellum binding. Externally, a trifle rubbed. There is some damage to the top and tail of the spine, and spine is slightly cocked and sunned. Corners are bumped. Internally, generally firmly bound. Pages are generally bright and clean. There is an ink inscription to the half-title page and a bookseller's stamp to the rear pastedown. Very Good.
