Bound in what appear to be the plain original boards with simple exterior stitches (some foxing and occasional dampstain; some wear to boards; has some evidence of worming at innermost margins of first section of text). Contemporary ownership signature of "Th. Binet" at foot of title page. This volume has an extended section (pp 35-195) of Swiss historical epigraphy entitled "Inscriptions Antiques et Modernes Qui se trouvent a Geneve, ou aux envions", that includes numerous historical inscriptions and 1 engraved illustration in text.
