I think both are wrong. Hounds should have both broth and flesh (and, I believe, bones also). The only reason that the broth is thrown away and water substituted is the fear of acidity in the broth. With proper care this should never happen. You may as well give your Hounds poison as sour broth. After hunting feed them with the chill off; at other times I am inclined to feed cold and thick.
