I picked up a used copy of this book without any real expectations. I thought I'd read it, not like it and wind up donating it to someone "who liked that type of thing." But the book is not entirely something between a typical romance novel and entertaining beach smut. Those elements seem to be present but it still offers something else to the reader -- wit, humor, naughtiness, sarcasm and fun. You'll like the main character as she embodies the young person you are or once were -- you'll see life from the synical eyes of this New-Yorkaise.
