Seller's Description:
Very good + in good jacket. Octavo, 317pp., illustrated. Inner hinges just starting, but holding strong, and a bump to the top corner. Elase a bright, clean copy, very good or better. In a good dust jacket with some chips, creases, and tears with minor loss. SIGNED and warmly INSCRIBED by Koues on the front free endpaper in the year of publication: "To Anne + Billy with deepest appreciate [sic] for the pictures of Greene Farm. With love, Helen. 1928." "Anne and Billy" must have contributed to the book, though there is no index, so it's rather hard to tell on quick inspection. Uncommon signed or in dust jacket.
