An evil mad scientist bent on taking over the country (well, maybe not Florida), in his spare time, Shartuzza has been kidnapping toddlers and using them as subjects for the creation of the "Perfect Diaper". Why? Well, because he's rather insane, of course, and because it will ruin his nemesis, Dr. Phineas Chine of the Chiney Heinie Diaper Corporation. So, if you enjoy fart jokes, toilet humor and really bad puns, come on in, join us for a fun ride. But, please don't pee in the pool. There's too much of that in there already.
