This book is an extended edition of old Woodworker articles. The British softback had information for door and window making. It has been out of print for around 40 years in this country. It is often quoted as an ideal reference book for competent diy people or joiners needing to do the job right! As its content is so good the reader will probably use the information to make the project their own way, but knowing the correct set out methods lets you easily visualise how to adapt to your own requirements and come away with a superior job.
While the British book is very hard to find AND expensive this version reproduced in the USA includes Staircasing as well.It appears to be generally available,-Research shows it is possible to download from libraries, but I have found it available incl post for around £10.00 from USA booksellers
