An interesting book, mostly well told
This was an interesting, detailed book about Led Zeppelin, informative without being too hyping or melodramatic. I like how the author would branch out for a chapter to discuss peripheral points that are relevant to the story (such as the chapter on Alister Crowley). Unfortunately, toward the end he seemed to get tired and started rushing through things to get done. For example, he never discusses at all (in fact, seems to just skim past) the rift that developed between John Paul Jones and Plant/Page, which I'd wondered about.
Generally, though, an excellent, absorbing story.
