Near Fine. Photos (some color), (80)p. Original white cloth with photos mounted on front and back. 31 cm. No jacket (did it have one? ). SIGNED by Halmann on ribbed yellow sheet following front free endpaper, which used the same ribbed paper (''With best wishes, Philippe Halsman. June 8, 79."). Halsman, a celebrated portrait photographer, died in a New York hospital on June 25th. This book was also published as an apparently much more common paperback.
