Required reading for American High School students
Johnston's experience with the aftermath of using various drugs (from alcohol to opiates) should be requires reading for all American High School students, acting as a cautionary tale for would-be addicts. The lady has a filthy mouth on her - and she wears it well (to quote Rod Stewart). She is funny, witty and does not pull many punches. Her (over)use of f-bombs may be a bit off-putting in certain quarters (most high-schoolers could add to her list with aplomb) but the tale is real and well told. A lesson for life told in a way that will resonate with those afflicted. First class. Well done, Kristen.
