It was in a book by Thomas Keating that I saw a reference to this book by Ruth Burrows.
It was some time before I got around to buying it but I am so thankful that I did.
Having practiced Centering Prayer for some years it helped me enormously and
encouraged me. I am content in what I do and in where I am in the spiritual life.
