This isn't to say that parts of Golden Girls aren't funky by Euro-disco standards, but for the most part, this album is defined by its high-gloss approach. If you're a lover of the European disco sound, you'll find tracks like "Hollywood Movie" and "Disco Ball" impossible to resist because they're so unapologetically Euro-disco. Equally appealing is the ABBA-influenced single "Telegram" and a remake of "Save Me."
