Every year, Beck sets out across the United States on a mini-tour; for those who have never had a chance to see his show in person, this is the perfect chance to find out just what the host of America's third most listened to talk show is really all about. The first half of the show is an unbiased, nonpartisan look at election season, while the second half is a hard-hitting stump speech that reveals what politicians might sound like if they dared to tell the truth and genuinely reflected the views of your typical American. Seller's Description:
Glenn Beck. Run time: 120 mins. Aspect ratio: 1.85: 1. Originally released: 2008. Language: English. Factory sealed brand new dvd If you've been watching this campaign season and wishing that someone would tell it like it really is...your dream has come true. Glenn Beck has taken to the road with his live summer stage show--it's the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth about the people and the politics running the country--from City Councils to Presidential candidates, Glenn's got an opinion and he's not bashful about sharing it. For two hours, Glenn comments on the state of our union through his unique brand of stories and stand up. You may have heard and seen him on radio and TV, but until you've seen him on stage, you've yet to experience the real Glenn Beck. And if you've ever wondered what an honest stump speech would sound like, just wait until you hear Candidate Beck cut right to the chase. It'll make you laugh, it'll make you think, and it'll help you understand why Glenn (and anybody who chooses truth over political correctness) is totally...Unelectable!
Glenn appears to be a little bit new at this type of presentation. He seemed a bit nervous at first. The first part was okay, somewhat funny but very sincere. The second half was more of vintage Glenn Beck: funny, entertaining and politically incorrect. Defintely worth the view... assuming you're not a politically correct person. If you are it may offend you. RFG
