Highlights include "Detour Ahead," "The Comeback," "Autumn In New York," "Don't You Know I Care" and a touching rendition of "I've Grown Accustomed to Her Face." Keyboardist Michael Lang consistently takes honors among the sidemen, although tenor saxophonist Bob Sheppard has three strong appearances; Gerald Albright's two cameos fail to add much.
