Researchers determine that puncturing the surface of the cache could cause an explosion that could destroy the earth. Not only must they find a way to access the oil and natural gas without endangering the world and transport it safely and efficiently, it must be done secretly according to President Peoples' Accord, a compact that one day shapes and determines the very existence of the United States.
