Why Do We Live or Die to the Lord As What the Apostle Paul Says? Let's find the answer from the scripture, "For you were bought at a price; therefore, glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God's" (1 Corinthians 6:20 NKJV). All of us on the earth should ask seriously: Do I live for God's will or do I live for my own will? There is a barometer to distinguish between God's will and my own will. We can find out from the teaching of the Lord Jesus: "You are not mindful of the things of God, but the things of men" (Matthew 16:23 NKJV). This scripture is the barometer of two directions-the narrow road or the wide road in the teaching of Jesus (Matthew 7:13-14 NKJV). God, the Creator of all things, gives us the choice to choose the road of everlasting life in the kingdom of heaven or of everlasting condemnation in hell. The key to everlasting life in the kingdom of heaven is in the hands of Jesus Christ, by repentance of sins, believing in Him, obeying His word, making good fruits by the faith in Christ Jesus and by the power of the Holy Spirit until we meet Him in His glory. Amen.
