Some browning on rear endpaper from an old New York Times clipping about Chase-Ribaud's jewelry being exhibited at the Betty Parsons Gallery) INSCRIBED by Chase-Riboud on front free endpaper. ("Barbara Chaseriboud 79 with warmest wishes and wait for Sally Hemings [followed by her addresses in New York and Paris]." Poetry. Her first book. Her, then controversial, novel "Sally Hemings was published in 1979 (apparently after this book was inscribed).
