A great NLP seminar transcript
I bought this just before my NLP Practitioner course and it's my favourite so far. I read it in about 3 days and 'll be reading it a few times more that's for sure
It's the transcript from a seminar that Richard Bandler gave and I found easy to read, witty and a great help to my studies.
There is no substitute for actually attending a course but if you want to dip your toe into NLP then I feel this is a great start although it is out of print, so it may be a bit pricey for someone not considering attending a course...
