Solid 2 volume set, both aged similarly so this is a matched set. Front Upper Board gutter is starting but all else is Very Good. Has blue marbled boards. Back pages of both books are uncut. Not ex-insitutional. 475pp. + 475pp. Light rubbing to cloth with touches of surface loss along fore edges hinges, tips of corners and spine ends, primarily to second volume (which has light rubbing toward lower spine and lower front board). Cloth overall clean and sharp with bright gilt. Both bindings tight and square, though light play to front hinge of first volume. Pages lightly toned but clean and unmarked; somewhat stiff with occasional stress creases with no associated damage.
