You will see many books on the market of real estate secrets and other how-to books. It is my intention to make this one affordable without a catch or the lure of some mystical society of real estate. Sales are sales. The procedure is what I will identify along with what is necessary to occur. My basis for what is in here is based upon my experience as a real estate broker and as an escrow officer.
