As far as first steps go, Kevin Montgomery's Fear Nothing is on fairly solid footing. He's a little bit country, owing not in small part to the fact that his father wrote songs for Buddy Holly. And he's a little bit rock & roll, perhaps credited to his mother's role as Elvis Presley's backup singer. The opening track, "Red-Blooded American Boy," quite appropriately sums up Montgomery, title and all.
