Family Therapy in Clinical Practice is an excellent and essential collection of Murray Bowen's writings. I was able to find only four or five of his articles separate from this one binding. As well, a Bowen Archive is in process and his works are being gathered for that project. At some point in time, therefore, it may be difficult to get his writings other than through the archive. Bowen, of course, laid the groundwork for family systems theory, so I would recommend that counseling students get a copy of this book and keep it close at hand.
