This is a book for any small group leader that's ever thought about quitting. You're not alone, it's normal to question why you keep doing it. It's easy to sign up to lead a small group, it's hard to follow through and keep leading when things don't go as you planned (which they never do). Before you quit leading your group, read this book. I know from experience there are days it feels like a grind. There are moments you wonder if this is even making a difference. If anyone would even miss meeting together if you ended this group tomorrow. I promise you, it's worth it.
