Afterword by Robert F. Forth. Fair to Good condition. Dampstain visible on front free endpage, half-title page, title page, and first credit page. Rippling of right side of all pages thereafter, with no staining, discoloration, or visible damage to pages. There is no musty smell, and no compromise of any of the pictures themselves. No ownership signatures. There is a tiny break in the gilt of one stamped letter on the front. Despite the flaws, the photos in the book shine out with startling clarity.
