I don't remember when or where I got this book but its been great in advising what to expect when having medical procedures. The only suggestion I can make is, it needs to be up-dated and the procedures have been improved and take significantly less time for one thing ( I know this book is 20 YEAR old). For example, I have a friend having a liver biopsy soon and your book says the needle will go in thru the CHEST. His doctor said they will be using a CAT scan to guide where to insert the needle in his ABDOMEN! I really like this book and wish you would consider a revision as a lot of the procedures in the book take an hour or more but can be done now in just a few minutes and less pain. Thank you
