HC Soundly bound in original brick red cloth with decorative designs stamped in blind to covers and spine; title lettering in gilt, a little dulled, at spine. Prior ownership of the the Gettysburg Theo. Seminary Library with bookplate to front pastedown, catalog number in white paint pen manuscript to spine and card pocket at rear. This sections of nearly matching red color cloth tape reinforce the spine ends. Corners lightly bumped with mild abrasions. Several signatures starting a little at the front edge. Sound decent copy.
